Lists are paginated server-side, dashboards are date-bounded, large tables are indexed per workspace, and inline inspections are captured offline and synced on reconnect. Seats can be added or removed at any time and billing follows the active inspector count. ## Offline use Inline inspections are captured with no signal at all — production status, checklists, defects, measurements and photos are queued on the device and sync on reconnect. Submitting, signing, emailing the PDF and Iris AI requests are online-only by design, so a buyer-facing report is never produced from a partial sync. ## Multiple buyers and factories on one platform One Qualityiris workspace holds every buyer and every factory a QA agency, buying office or brand works with. Checklists, measurement specs and AQL levels are configured per buyer and per style; buyer accounts see only their own purchase orders and factory accounts only their own, with no cross-buyer leakage.
