Can a free Admin or Manager run inspections themselves?

No. Admin and Manager seats are for oversight — they review reports, approve CAPs, and manage the workspace. Field reports are always created by an Inspector seat. You can add or remove inspectors at any time from Add Employee.

Who counts as an inspector?

Anyone with the QA Inspector role — the seat that runs Inline and Final Audit (AQL) inspections in the field. Admin, Manager, Buyer, and Factory roles are always free.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Create your workspace and use everything for 14 days, no credit card required. Around day 14 you will be asked to add billing to keep going. Your data stays put.

Yes. Buyer and Factory portals are read-only views of the inspections that involve them.

Is there a limit on how many users are signed in at once?

There is no limit on how many inspector seats a workspace has or how many users are signed in at once. Lists, order book and schedule are paginated server-side, dashboards are date-bounded, and every large table is indexed per workspace, so screens stay fast as history grows. Capacity comes from the database instance behind your workspace, which scales up as your team does. Inspectors can also capture inline inspections offline when factory Wi-Fi drops, syncing automatically on reconnect.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is $690 per inspector per year — roughly 2 months free (about 17% off). You can choose monthly or annual at signup.

What happens to my data after the trial?

Accepted Answer

Your data is preserved while your account is active. If billing is not added after the trial, the workspace becomes read-only.
